Pre-School/Parent Assisted (2-4 years)

£28.50 (4 week term)

This is the first step into structured gymnastics lessons. The coach will lead a warmup on the floor which includes games and light stretching, shapes and balances. The coach then splits the class into groups, these sessions are carried out with a variety of gymnastics progressions through circuits on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and trampoline.  From an early age your child will develop listening skills and body awareness, physical movement and balance using age-appropriate equipment. Please note this class is parent assisted and parents are expected to attend the class with their child.
