Class Fees must be paid before any classes are undertaken.
Members must hold a valid British Gymnastics insurance policy to take part in any classes. Parents/Guardians are responsible for organising this.
Unattended classes are non refundable.
Class cannot be made up as we need to comply with coach to child ratios.
Parents/Guardians may only attend parent assisted classes.
For safety reason all participants must have their hair tied up and wear sports clothing. No Jewellery permitted. Bare feet only in the gym.
Children should arrive accompanied by parent/guardian 5 minutes prior to scheduled class time and be picked up promptly at the class finishing time.
Tilt operates a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour, swearing or other offensive language towards Tilt staff to other members.
For safety reasons we would ask that parents not distract their children during the class at any time.
Tilt operates a zero tolerance policy if violence or bullying occurs to another member.
Food is not permitted in the gym, children may bring a plastic water bottle.
Photography is strictly not permitted in the gym. The only exception may be designated display days.
